Nicole Rethy,
BA, MSW, RSW

Nicole is a mother of two children with a quirky Bernadoodle. She understands that life’s stressors and changes can affect your relationship with yourself and loved ones. She takes a holistic, anti-oppressive and trauma informed approach to care, catering services specific to each couples needs. With over 15 years of experience working in mental health, she is able to adapt her approach to address your or your loved one’s needs.

Her passions include her family, spending time outside—especially near water, reading, rowing, running, as well as travel.

    Nicole provides parenting support, while also working with children and adolescents to improve emotion regulation self-confidence, anxiety, sleep, and ADHD.

    Nicole works with individuals to help manage stress and anxiety, finding a balance within a busy life, transition to parenthood, relationship adjustment, burnout, ADHD, self-care, guilt and shame.

    The modalities of therapy she has trained in and practice include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Approaches, with additional training in addictions, ADHD, and ASD.

    Nicole works with couples to help with navigating the changes to a relationship that come with the addition of a new child, improving communication skills, managing cognitive load, working with differing values and beliefs, connection and intimacy, trust and repair.

    Nicole has completed Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training as well as Emotion Focused Therapy training to help couples feel more heard, increase communication, and connection

    In family therapy, Nicole supports family members to work towards improving communication, setting limits and boundaries, and creating a better understanding of where everyone is coming from. N

    Nicole brings in elements of Gottman Method, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy to support families.

Tracey Marshall
BA, MA, RP (Q)

Tracey is skilled in helping children, teens, and adults navigate personal struggles, mental health and behavioural concerns, as well as life transitions. Through a supportive relationship, Tracey will help you to build new tools to manage big emotions and behaviours, and build resilience. Her approach is neuroaffirming, compassionate, & collaborative. She brings 20 years of experience working with youth and families in private practice, lived-in treatment, day treatment, crisis services, family outreach, & youth justice.

Together, you can explore your challenges and goals, address challenging behaviours and limiting beliefs, and uncover difficult patterns using assessment tools, proven interventions, and effective treatment planning.

Outside of work Tracey enjoys spending time with family.

Alison Whitty,
BA, MA, RP(Q)

Alison supports individuals, couples and families navigate relational challenges, life stressors, and times of transition guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Alison collaborates with clients to deepen self-awareness, and cultivate healthier bonds. Alison’s background as a high-performance athlete and coach enhances her understanding of the mind-body connection for clients seeking mental performance strategies and emotional regulation techniques.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family, staying active, especially near water, reading, and traveling.

    Alison works with individuals who are navigating emotional disconnection, identity shifts, and the lasting impact of relational wounds. She is especially passionate about supporting parents, first responders and their partners, high performers, and individuals healing from betrayal or infidelity. In addition to deep emotional work, Alison helps clients build practical skills and tools to enhance self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and support long-term well-being, resilience, and balance.

    Alison is formally trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and draws primarily from attachment-based approaches, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices. She thoughtfully integrates elements of mindfulness, narrative exploration, cognitive (CBT), solution-focused (SFBT), and strengths-based therapies to help clients deepen emotional awareness, heal relational wounds, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Each session is tailored to the individual’s unique needs, goals, and pace.

    Alison supports couples who feel emotionally disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or overwhelmed by unresolved conflict. She works with partners navigating major life transitions, rebuilding after betrayal or infidelity, and balancing the demands of parenting, shift work, or high-performance careers. Alison helps couples strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and build the skills needed for lasting connection, trust, and relational well-being.

    Alison is formally trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and works from an attachment-based lens to help partners recognize negative patterns, process underlying emotions, and strengthen their emotional bond. She supports couples navigating a range of challenges, including communication breakdowns, parenting transitions, the impact of first responder stress, and the aftermath of betrayal or infidelity. Alison creates a non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard and supported, helping them rebuild trust, deepen connection, and move toward secure, resilient partnership. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to meet each couple’s unique dynamics, challenges, and goals.
