A group for parents of children with suspected or diagnosed ADHD to learn more about ADHD, how it affects the brain, strategies to support the challenges that come with ADHD and a way to build a community of support with other parents going through similar things.

A group based in compassion and mental health support for parents who have given birth within the last year.
This will be a place for connection, a place to learn strategies to show yourself grace and compassion in this new stage and how to navigate these new changes.
This group will take place during the day, date and time TBD. Group start date will be based on demand.

This workshop is designed for couples that are looking for new ways to connect and strengthen their relationship. Paired with a Registered Massage Therapist, we take couples through a series of exercises both physical and intellectual to strengthen your bond and connect on a deeper level.
This group is 3 hours long and based on demand. It is typically scheduled during evening and weekend hours.

This group takes place on Tuesday evenings and focuses on men who are looking to increase their ability to communicate and share how they’re feeling, helps to navigate challenges within their relationship, to learn strategies to manage emotions when conflict arises.

A Couples Connection Workshop
Sunday, October 19th, 10am-3pm
Join us for a day of movement, connection, and mindfulness.
Leg by a Registered Massage Therapist, and a Registered Social Worker/Couples Therapist, this workshop is designed to nurture your body, mind, and relationship.
Learn practical Skills to care for yourselves and each other for years to come. We will be taking you through various ways to connect with your partner through movement, and exercises geared towards increasing communication and connection.
The day includes coffee, snacks, a catered lunch, and a special take away for each couple!
Good news! If you have coverage for social work through your extended health benefits, a large portion of your registration fee (up to $300) can be covered through your insurance/benefits. If you’d like a receipt to submit to your insurance, please request one when you register. Be sure to confirm your coverage with your insurance provider, as we don’t have access to individual plan details.
